Overview

Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1441, by Grothnah Zlêtho. The establishment of Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì's construction back out of the project. Grothnah Zlêtho pushed on reguardles, and Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì is is constructed arround a semi-circular spacious gravel mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The cost-cutting-focused defences have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Your first impression of Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

There’s a relatively new religion in Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì which is rapidly gaining power. It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.

Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is based upon new and innovative technologies of construction and the idea that form should follow function. It was an embrace of minimalism and a rejection of ornament. The style became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation..

In Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì sometimes, near one of the seasonal solstices, the sun appears to split into three and it rains from a clear sky for several hours.

The Ovinnik near Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì are known to be more aggressive than normal.

Wæm Rǐmi Qǐnrì's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves sex to channel Enchantment energies of tier 3 via mimery.
